The park was spectacular! It is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth. It combines the mountains of the Rockies, clear blue water like the Carribean, and wildlife of Yellowstone. Words much less pictures do this place justice. For the day we had there, we felt blessed to see it. It was a sight of a lifetime.

Torres del Paine- day 6
We finished the installation at the university in the morning and then drove to Torres del Paine. The drive was about 140km away, but slow going with the pot hill filled roads. Then to top it off as soon as we got to the park we got a flat tire that we had to change in cold, rainy, and windy weather. After we finally changed it, we entered the park.

Hi Nathan - great photos! This is one of your times of your life where it won't get any better. Keep having fun and working hard. I'm back from my men's retreat and i'm getting ready to get to work in January.

Hi Nathan! I'm really enjoying reading about your trip to Chile! So glad you're able to see and experience the incredible scenery down there. Now I want to go there.
Mom and Dad went to the Austin library today to see your blog and they really enjoyed it, too. Mom thought you were so professional, : )
Have you noticed the southern cross constellation down in the southern hemisphere? No Big Dipper there I assume!
Anyway take care and see you later.
Love, Aunt Lori
Are these Wild Llamas
